Every Daisy employee may stop work they reasonably believe is unsafe.

Make the area safe if possible and create one report. It follows the chain of command—foreman, operations management, then owner—without creating duplicate inbox items. For serious injury or immediate danger, call 911 first.

The owner can see every report, but receives only one company record—not a second copy.
